We identify the farmers who are role modeling what the future of farming looks like and share their stories. We also connect them with industry executives and pioneering thought leaders to unlock new opportunities across the value chain.
Climate Farmers emerged with a simple yet bold idea: to build the infrastructure for scaling regenerative agriculture in Europe.
Today, Climate Farmers supports 700 farmers in 16 different European countries in the transition towards regenerative agriculture by providing a supportive community, context specific transition knowledge, and transition finance in the form of carbon and biodiversity credits.
