You're eligible to apply for Top 50 Farmers if:
Your farm is located in the EU, Switzerland, EEA or UK.
You’ve been applying regenerative practices for at least one year
Your farm is registered as a business.
Your crops spend most of their life in soil.
If your farm is transitioning to regenerative management, you must have a clear vision and timeline for phasing out agrochemicals and synthetic fertilizers

This is the heart of your application. In around 1,000 words, you’ll be asked to share:

Why you want to join the Top 50 Farmers cohort.

How you hope to benefit from the community and what you could contribute.
Be honest, think big, and let your passion come through.

Photos bring your application to life. To submit, you will need:

A profile picture of the representative who will be applying for Top 50 Farmers on your behalf.

A photo of your team, fields, crops, or animals.
-
Optional: media images, product photos, event photos, or any visuals you’re proud of.
These don’t need to be professional photos. What we care most about is authenticity so it feels like we are on the farm with you.

You will be asked to film a short, 3-minute introduction on your phone or with a camera (whatever you have access to works). Don’t worry about production value, what matters is that it feels real and shows who you are.
This is one of the most human parts of your application and it helps the Selection Committee connect with you directly.
