Ana Digón

Top 50 Farmers is an acceleration platform paving the way for regenerative agriculture to be scaled from soil to gut. 
We identify the farmers who are role modeling what the future of farming looks like and share their stories. We also connect them with industry executives and pioneering thought leaders to unlock new opportunities across the value chain.

Freelance socio-political scientist, professional translator & interpreter, meeting facilitator, organizer of educational and social events, writer for various publications and a committed communicator in areas regarding the Soil, the Soul and Society.


Ana's diverse career spans law, project management, brand design, education, and event organization, alongside training in permaculture, regenerative farming, and group facilitation.


Of Spanish-British origin, Ana has worked with leading figures in regenerative agriculture and food systems. She co-founded the Regenerative Agriculture Association in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and co-organizes training tours for visionary leaders in the field.


Ana is deeply inspired by the teachings of global facilitators and continuously refines her skills in methodologies such as Deep Ecology, Process Work, Dragon Dreaming, Sociocracy, and Visual Facilitation. She applies these tools to foster collaborative and regenerative processes, believing that regenerating our soils and relationships is key to addressing current climate, food, and social challenges.

Above all, Ana sees herself as part of the interconnected web of life, passionate about sharing this connection and practical tools to co-create a sustainable, thriving future for all.
