Top 50 Farmers is an acceleration platform paving the way for regenerative agriculture to be scaled from soil to gut. We identify the farmers who are role modeling what the future of farming looks like and share their stories. We also connect them with industry executives and pioneering thought leaders to unlock new opportunities across the value chain.
Kitty grew up on a mixed, and very fertile, farm in West Sussex, England, where her fascination with farming and its wider impact on animals, people, and the food system began early. After six years in the city, she followed her heart back to agriculture, joining an AgriTech start-up dedicated to supporting farmers in their transition to regenerative practices.
Over the past three years, Kitty has travelled all over the UK, visiting every kind of farm and estate to help producers explore what becoming regenerative could mean for both their land and their livelihoods. She is passionate about restoring a sense of community to the heart of agriculture and is energised by emerging research on nutrient density and regenerative produce: what it can reveal for consumers, retailers, and farmers alike. Kitty believes deeply in the transformative potential of regenerative agriculture to benefit every facet of society.
As a member of the Top 50 Farmers Selection Committee, Kitty brings a unique perspective shaped by years of hands-on experience with farms across the UK and her deep understanding of regenerative agriculture, storytelling, and building communities.
