Top 50 Farmers is an acceleration platform paving the way for regenerative agriculture to be scaled from soil to gut.
We identify the farmers who are role modeling what the future of farming looks like and share their stories. We also connect them with industry executives and pioneering thought leaders to unlock new opportunities across the value chain.

Liza Chong is the Founder and Partner of Design Impact Funds, a micro-VC investing in design-led solutions that support people and planet. Her work explores how capital models can evolve toward more systemic, intercultural and regenerative approaches. She advises emerging wealth stewards, supports early-stage leaders, and works to connect thoughtful ideas with aligned forms of capital.

Previously, Liza served as CEO of The Index Project, the organisation behind the Index Award for sustainable design. There, she helped grow its international reach and contributed to launching early impact investment initiatives rooted in design and innovation.

Liza is involved with advisory boards and investment committees, including Orano AS and Strayworks, and occasionally speaks at international forums about design, innovation, and capital. Her current focus is contributing to the development of a field of capital allocators working toward social, ecological, and cultural regeneration.
